When you sign up, your group is created automatically. You can then invite your co-parent from the Members section in your dashboard. They'll receive an email invitation to join.
When either parent wants to make a change to the schedule, they submit a Change Request. The other parent receives a notification and can approve or decline the change. This keeps both parents informed and maintains a clear record of all changes.
