Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Tanseti offers subscription-based services with monthly and yearly billing options. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until that time
• We offer an 8-day free trial for new subscribers; you will be charged after the trial period unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms

Price changes will be communicated to you in advance. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan or feature at any time with reasonable notice.

All subscription fees are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.

You are responsible for providing valid payment information and keeping it up to date. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your subscription.

All fees are stated in your local currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

You retain ownership of all content, data, and information you upload, post, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license described above. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any User Content that violates any law, infringes on any rights, or is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Tanseti and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The Tanseti name and logo are trademarks of Tanseti and may not be used without permission.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and User Content, subject to our data retention policies as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TANSETI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tanseti operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
